1. Scope of Services

Vinformatics provides bespoke software engineering, enterprise web applications, mobile platforms, database architectures, and ongoing maintenance for business entities. All engagements are governed by formal project scopes, milestones, and master service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Custom software and tailored solutions engineered specifically for a client become the proprietary intellectual property of that client upon full settlement of contracted deliverables, unless mutually agreed otherwise in written agreement.

3. System Maintenance & SLAs

Ongoing maintenance, cloud deployment monitoring, and software iterations are executed in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee system reliability and minimal operational downtime.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal inquiries shall be governed under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India.
